OUR CLASSES

Body Weight
In this full body workout we will use our bodyweight to challenge and strengthen all the major muscles of the body. This class will make you more aware of how your body moves, your range of motion, and help you gain strength in areas you didn’t think possible. Modifications and challenges will be offered to make the class appropriate for all levels.
Classic Barre
You’ll be guided through a series of low-impact, high intensity movements that are designed to strengthen and tone your body in ways that no other technique can. Give us 50 minutes and we’ll give you the best of barre – long and lean muscle tone without the bulk.
Senior Strength & Balance
Builds strength, flexibility and balance to help reduce the likelihood of falling. We will be using light weights, body weight, and stretching to increase strength and balance. The class is designed for those that prefer a workout without the added impact to joints. A portion includes simple aerobic movements. No previous experience required.
TRX Total Body
Each session incorporates TRX suspension strength training combined with dynamic bodyweight exercises to strengthen, tone and shred. Guaranteed to challenge your strength, stretch your endurance and make you sweat. Strength & Tone your whole body!
Vinyassa Yoga
Each session incorporates TRX suspension strength training combined with dynamic bodyweight exercises to strengthen, tone and shred. Guaranteed to challenge your strength, stretch your endurance and make you sweat. Strength & Tone your whole body!
Burn & Body with Bre
Strength training mingles with Coach by Color Technology – grab your dumbbells! This class incorporates the best of both worlds! Thirty minutes on the bike / thirty minutes off! We’ll get you amped up and your blood pumping with Coach by Color Experience, then we’ll round it out with circuit/strength training.
Riders of Steel with Dan
Interval training using patented Coach by Color Technology! This class is a full hour of our one of a kind High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)! With rockin’ music, amazing instructors and the best atmosphere around, you’re going to want to come back again and again!
Sweat the Stress with Bre

Get ready to grind, we’re starting the week off right yall! Join Bre as she gets you out of the saddle with steady climbs, seated sprints and the welcomed release of coasting down the mountainside! Interval training using patented Coach by Color Technology, this class is a full 50 minutes of our one of a kind High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)! With rockin’ music, amazing instructors and the best atmosphere around, you’re going to want to come back again and again!

The Paceline with Colleen
In this class you’ll feel the headwind riding up Route 1, making your way to the front and leading the peleton! Catch a sigh of relief and a quick breather as you drop back (for a few seconds that is) then get ready to go again! This moderately intense class will push you to improve your own abilities on the bike, both in the studio and on the road. Lets ride!
Thirty Minute Burn with Bre
We’ll get you amped up and your blood pumping with a quick 30 minute Coach by Color Experience – feel the burn!
Balance Every Body // VIRTUAL
In this class we work on optimizing joint health, posture, increasing muscular strength and improving our range of motion. We’re going to learn how to move properly in strength within all planes of motion, be able to effectively and more comfortably move in our every day life. We incorporate mindful breathing exercises and listening to our bodies so we can be more attune to its needs. Our goal is to be able to live our best life without injury or chronic pain.
Strength & Conditioning // VIRTUAL
We are focusing on bodyweight exercises and those using minimal equipment or household items. This is a fluid class working with our readily available items but mostly using our own bodies to tone and strengthen in a conscious manner and highly calculated moves.
Outdoor Body Sculpt
We’re taking it outside! This class uses high intensity interval training with a blend of modest equipment (no sharing!) and the elements of the outdoors to put you through an entire circuit and kick-ass full body workout!
